Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity with a global retail organisation seeking a financial analyst for their office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will be reporting directly to the Country Finance manager and responsible for assisting the financial team with monthly closing, budgets and administration.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with the delivery of financial analysis and advice stakeholders on a timely and accurate basis.
* In-depth analysis of expenditure, forecasting of expenses and identifying variances for budgets.
* Support month-end close process by preparing recurring and adhoc reports and variances to budgets per year.
* Assisting in financial statements, forecasts and budget process as well as analyse expense trends and accruals for the organisation
* Training and addressing all non-merchandise purchase system queries raised by users.
* Assist with monthly VAT returns
Requirements
* 5-6 years of experience in a similar position
* Strong communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
* Ideally from a retail background
* Degree Holder
