Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Maintaining, structuring and arranging bank credit facilities and debt issues for the company and its affiliated JV projects.
- Responsible for loan compliance for complex joint venture project financings.
- Supporting the joint venture companies in refinancing requests for loan amendments and waivers, and other loan compliance requirements.
- Developing relationships with commercial and investment banks and evaluating their products and proposals.
- Engaging and overseeing special studies by investment and corporate finance consultants as needed.
- Financial analysis and recommendations of trade credit limits for a portfolio of customers with high credit exposure.
- Providing special project support to insurance function as needed.
- Risk management – assessing the viability of hedging interest & FX exposure for the company.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Broad experience in Treasury/Financing activities, with 5-10 years of experience is required.
- Strong financial analytical skills.
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel software including modeling expertise.
- Banking or corporate experience in the field of financial risk management.
- Working knowledge of financial hedging products and instruments.
- Ability to work on a self-directed basis.
- Flexibility around tasks to be performed with the ability to prioritize
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong team player
- Exposure to Corporate Treasury and structured debt/project financing.
