Job description / Role
Arabic candidates with Transferable Iqama Only
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop proposal, valuation report, information packages, and prospectuses
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and sensitivity analysis
- Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Analyzing financial results monitoring variances identifying trends recommending actions to management
- Develop transaction teasers, information memorandum, prospectuses, etc.
- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior team members based on sound analysis
- Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- Knowledge of the IPO process and interaction with CMA and Tadawul
- Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, and reviewing publications
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven working experience as a financial analyst
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
- Well informed in current financial subjects, money market and business environments
- BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
