Responsibilities

- Assist the Budget Manager in the preparation, consolidation, and review of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Monitor budget variances and ensure accuracy in budgeting processes.
- Work closely with the accounting, budget, and other departments to gather, verify, and input financial data into the relevant financial systems. Ensure the accuracy of all financial records, transactions, and reports.
- Assist in tracking actual expenditures against budgets and prepare periodic budget reports for management review. Provide variance analysis and identify potential cost savings.
- Analyze financial performance, including reviewing cost structures and financial metrics, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to management, including budget forecasts, expense analysis, and other financial performance indicators.

- Bachelor degree in Finance
- +3 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Detail oriented and must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
