A well-established company in Riyadh is seeking a qualified Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and taxation, supporting best practices in preparation for a potential IPO.

Description

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Supervise finance and accounting teams, overseeing key operations like AP, AR, and reconciliation.
- Guide the finance department in best practices for internal control and reporting, working closely with the audit committee and preparing for IPO requirements.
