Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Client is specialising in distribution in KSA is looking to appoint a Financial Planning Manager. This is a new position created due to an increase in business. To be considered for the role you will have experience working in a similar industry with a minimum of 8 years experience. Candidates who have previously been involved in providing analysis for investment, contract negotiation and IPO will be given preference.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report
- Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
- Issue complete financial statements based on the timeline for a listed company
- Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics based KPI’s that can be quantified and measured
- Liaise with Banks and Financial Institutions and manage all banking and treasury functions
- Maintain adequate funds from external sources within approved metrics
- Maintain funds internally by managing the credit control department
- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts
- Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
- Approve procurement transactions based on budget
- Prepare financial projections for next years with rolling forecasts ready considering the latest trends / figures / decisions / projects / regulations and any other factor
- Provide for a system of management cost reports
- Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, contract negotiations and IPO
- Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
- Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
- Comply with government reporting requirements and Zakat filing

Requirements

- 8+ years In-depth skills in various finance functions
- Knowledge of Systems in a computerized business environment.
- Strong experience in financial re-engineering, project financing through multiple institutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic is an advantage.
