Company:
Our client a leading provider of integrated solution for Systems & Safety services. They specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of integrated security systems. They are currently looking to recruit a Financial Sector Director to be based in Riyadh.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
• Responsible for driving the sector to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the sector.
• Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
• Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and partner.
• Represent the organization with clients, investors, and business partners.
• Ensures standards for service quality, and operations performance are maintained and that cost-effective initiatives are used to maximize the level of service. Ensures fixed assets are preserved.
• Develops, monitors, and reports on operating costs within functional areas. Alerts management of cost and labor over run. Makes recommendations and implements solutions to problems related to same.
• Advises project managers on operational issues including safety, security, employee management, scheduling, etc.
• Ensures project managers and supervises are adhering to company policy and administering practices in fair and equitable manner.
• Manages budget and controls expenses effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred.
• Proven experience as Project / Sector Manager with track records of achievements.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience including at least 5 years in management position
• Saudi National
• Good communication experience
• Fluency in English & Arabic
