Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
• Should aware of all types of Fire Fighting Systems which includes Fire Alarm System, Sprinkler system, Stand Pipe System, Water Spray System, Deluge system, Foam System, Fire Suppression System, SCOTT SCBA, Fire extinguishers, Safety Shower, CO2 system, Fire Hydrant / Monitor and Gas and Linear Detection System.
• Should aware of NFPA Standards and Fire Codes for all applicable systems.
• Should be aware of System inspections and scheduled frequencies on all fire protection equipment and maintains reports.
• Should follow all maintenance activities are being carried out in-line with HSE regulations.
• Should be responsible to follow and maintain all Daily Maintenance activity and generate required reports.
• Should be expertise in all Fire Systems Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.
• Should be aware of all Fire System testing procedures to be performed as per NFPA Standard.
• Should have work experience in Industries or Plants (SABIC Experience will be more preferable)
• Should have experience to understand the engineering design and recommendations to comply as per standard requirements.
• Should have valid KSA Driving License.
• Should be aware and experience in Plant Fire Drills and procedures.
• Should attend the call for any sort of Preventive and Corrective maintenance jobs and also perform the required troubleshooting if required.
• Should aware of Fire Alarm Control Panel Programming (Notifier / Simplex / Siemens Preferable).
• Should be expert in System trouble shooting and rectification of any troubles in System.
• Should be expert in day to day plant maintenance works.
• Should be expert in generation of maintenance reports in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Words.. Etc.
• Communicate with people, both verbally and in writing in a professional and effective manner.
• Should be able to perform functional testing of all Fire Detection system such as Smoke, Heat, and Flame UV-IR, Open Path Detectors.
Requirements
• Education Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrument
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in Fire Systems under Projects & Maintenance Division
