Job Title: Fit Out Manager – High-End Hospitality Projects

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Manager to join our client (a reputbale main contractor) and lead the delivery of luxury hotel and hospitality Fit Out projects in Riyadh. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and proven experience managing high-end finishes to international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fit out works from planning to handover, ensuring quality, time, and cost objectives are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, resolving technical/site issues efficiently.
• Manage procurement, installation, and integration of specialist finishes, FF&E, and MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality control standards.

• 15+ years’ experience in fit out, with preferably at least 2-3 years in high-end hotel/hospitality projects.
• Background working with main or specialist fit-out contractors on luxury developments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
