Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated fitness instructor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a fitness instructor, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals through expert guidance, motivation, and support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and effective individual and group fitness classes for clients of various fitness levels
• Develop and implement personalized workout plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide hands-on assistance to ensure client safety
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust fitness programs as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment
• Conduct fitness assessments and body measurements to track client progress
• Provide education on nutrition, injury prevention, and overall wellness
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to enhance class offerings
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create innovative and diverse workout programs
• Promote a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and referrals

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a fitness instructor
• Valid and recognized fitness certifications
• Strong knowledge of various fitness techniques, exercise programs, and proper form
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
• Detail-oriented approach to creating and implementing personalized workout plans
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in diverse client situations
• High level of responsibility and reliability
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and attentive to client needs at all times
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Familiarity with local fitness trends and cultural considerations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Excellent demonstration skills for proper exercise techniques
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in the fitness industry
