Job description / Role

Employment: Contract

• Manage the daily store operation of the store, including opening & closing procedures, & ensuring store brand image & guidelines.
• Drive store sales by promoting mobile devices, accessories, and services to customers.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders for new products, and ensure the store is always well-stocked.
• Develop strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance the store’s sales performance.
• Maintain high levels of customer service by providing solutions to customer issues and questions.
• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, and manage store staff, providing them with continuous development and performance evaluations.
• Schedule shifts, monitor staff performance, and resolve any team conflicts.
• Foster a positive work environment by maintaining morale and ensuring effective communication among staff members.
• Handle cash management, including balancing cash registers, & reconciling daily sales.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Implement and track promotional campaigns in line with corporate marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.

Experience:
• Previous experience in retail management or mobile sales is often preferred.
• Experience leading a team and driving sales in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with mobile devices, plans, and accessories is a plus.

Skills:
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in store management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and financial management abilities.
• Motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage inventory and track performance metrics.
• Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the mobile industry
