Position: Flight Safety Manager (P133/P135)
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Department: Safety Management

We're seeking a skilled Flight Safety Manager to oversee safety operations under P133 and P135 regulatory frameworks. Reporting to the Director of Safety, you'll lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, overseeing safety audits and reports, leading investigations, and managing hazard mitigation strategies. You'll also support safety promotion initiatives and provide safety performance reports to leadership, fostering a proactive safety culture across all departments.

Experience & Skills
* 7+ years in aviation, with at least 2 years in a related safety role
* 3+ years working with SMS implementation and improvement
* Background in air operations, training organizations, or maintenance
* Familiar with GACA regulations, audit procedures, and accident investigation
* Strong technical understanding of aviation systems and safety principles
* Skilled in data analysis, reporting, project management, and communication
* Knowledge of human factors and emergency response planning
* Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide teams
* Proficient with MS Office and safety management tools

Qualifications
* ATPL or Aviation Maintenance Engineer Certification (or equivalent)
* Training in SMS, risk management, emergency response, auditing, human factors, and accident investigation
