FM Project / Quality Manager - Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

Required to join a PMC providing monitoring and supervision services for FM contracts. The successful candidate will head up a team to monitor and supervise the contractor’s performance for compliance and ensure continual improvement of service providers.

Requirements

Degree in engineering. Experience as a FM MEP Engineer on FM projects in the Middle east. Experience in a PM role with delivery of managing agent contracts. Experience in Quality Management & Audits. Experience in delivering SLA’s & KPI’s via CAFM system. Fluent in Arabic and English.
