Job description / Role
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
• Shift Planning
Requirements
• Male, 25 years old and above
• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
• With at least 3 years working experience as an FOH Supervisor in a stand-alone restaurant
• Experience in casual dine dining, stand-alone restaurant or hotel will be preferred
• Must have transferrable Iqama
• Must be available immediately
• Detail-oriented and with strong supervisory skills
• Has excellent communication skills
