Food and Beverage Manager up to 35k Sar for a Leading Fnb Group in Ksa

• POSITION: FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
• SALARY: up to 35,000 SAR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading FnB Group
• WORK LOCATION: Jeddah, KSA
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (1-month maximum)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality, Arabic speaker is preferred
• Male / Female, 45 y/o and below

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for independently running the whole restaurant operations including managing the full kitchen staff, managing menu enhancement, concept development and execution, marketing and promotion campaigns, property management, ensuring needed compliance and certification, managing the P&L etc
• Can manage the full kitchen staff, menu and concept development and execution, marketing, promotion campaigns, property management and P&L
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Degree in food service management or related field
• Proven 7 years of food and beverage management experience
• Must be an experienced head of casual dining restaurant with the theme of home-cooked Mediterranean fusion cuisine
• With good understanding and exposure to local Saudi consumer tastes and trends in restaurants and recipes is essential
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
