Food And Beverage Manager Up To 35k Sar For A Leading Food Co In Ksa

• Open to any nationality, Arabic speaker is preferred
• M/F, 45 y/o and below
• Degree in food service management or related field
• Proven 7 years of food and beverage management experience
• Must be an experience head of Tier-I casual dining restaurant with the theme of home-cooked Mediterranean fusion cuisine
• Responsible for independently running the whole restaurant operations
• Can manage the full kitchen staff, menu and concept development and execution, marketing, promotion campaigns, property management and P&L

Requirements

• Strong ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Can join immediately (1-month maximum)
• Work Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Salary up to 35,000 SAR depending on experience and qualifications
