Job description / Role
• Preparation of Menus
• Define required manpower for the menus
• Visit existing client sites
• Train the staff on the different sites to meet company procedures in terms of application of the menus, presentation of food displays and service.
• Visit potential client site.
• Help in the technical preparation of bids and menus.
Requirements
• University Qualifications: Graduate of Culinary College
• Nature and length of previous experience: 3-5 years experience in hospitality industry
• Specialist knowledge: specializing in food services
• Language Fluency: English, Arabic
• Current Location: Anywhere
• Age Range: 30-42
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Customer Relations and Ability to Conduct Meetings with Prospective Clients
