Position Title: Food Safety and Hygiene Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K SAR depending on experience and qualifications, plus shared accommodation, meals, and other benefits

About the Client:
An industrial catering services company for a project in Neom.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement a robust food safety management system in accordance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular food safety audits and inspections across all food handling areas to identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with regulations, and mitigate risks.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive food safety training programs for all food handling personnel, ensuring that staff are fully informed and adhere to best practices.
- Maintain accurate and thorough food safety records and documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement and operations, to ensure food safety throughout the entire food supply chain, from sourcing to service.

- Open to Filipino nationality
- Female, 35 years old and below
- At least 8 years of experience in 5-star large-scale food services industry or similar high-end environment
- Experience in international food safety standards
- Degree in Food Safety or related certifications such as HACCP or other relevant food safety management systems

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
