Role: Foreman – High-End Fit-Out
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute daily site activities in line with high-end fit-out specifications and project timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workforce to ensure work quality and productivity.
• Review and interpret drawings, ensuring all works meet required standards.
• Manage materials, tools, and manpower on site.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Report progress, issues, and resource needs to the Site Engineer or Section Manager.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in interior fit-out, including at least 3 years in a Foreman role.
• Proven track record on luxury/hospitality or high-spec commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural finishes, joinery works, partitions, ceilings, and detailing.
• Experience working in the GCC region, ideally in KSA.
• Capable of managing site teams and coordinating across multiple trades.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Salary:
SAR 6,900 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
