Job description / Role
What we are looking for:
- Manage all maintenance engineering activities and technical initiatives in support of PMS, such as enhancements in PM strategies, equipment condition monitoring, maintenance service contract requirements, staff training plan, and technical support to all PMS work centers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, review, and propose enhancements of electrical maintenance PM program/procedures/strategies through application of proven maintenance technologies and condition monitoring techniques
- Provide coaching and technical guidance to Maintenance Engineers
- Support the PMS-SH in preparing the PMS monthly report, reflecting PM Performance analysis, critical equipment condition assessments, TTR reporting accomplishments, Service Contracts Status, etc.
- Identify contracting requirements for essential vendor field services, develop scope of work and administer contract execution.
- Identify/forecast maintenance spare parts requirements and obsolescence.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Section Head, Power Maintenance Section.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years of experience preferably in the refinery or petrochemical industry.
- Knowledge of maintenance engineering practices & economic principles, as well as maintenance technologies relating to essential maintenance services for HV & LV electrical systems and equipment.
- Working knowledge of company standards, contracting rules/policies, and safe electrical work practices.
- Technical writing skills
