eMagine is seeking a Front End Development Lead for a prominent, rapidly expanding Saudi technology company. If you’re a React.js expert with a passion for user experience, performance, and team leadership, this is your chance to shape the future of digital products in the Middle East.

About the Role:

Lead a talented front-end team building high-performance, SEO-optimized web and mobile applications. You’ll start remotely and, as the team grows, relocate to Saudi Arabia to help drive digital transformation onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a front-end team across web and mobile projects.
• Build performant, scalable front-ends using React.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and static site generators (Next.js, Gatsby, Astro).
• Drive architecture decisions, enforce design consistency, and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers for seamless feature delivery.
• Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and best practices in modern web development.

• 7+ years of front-end development experience with deep expertise in React.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience deploying and optimizing static sites and leading teams of 5+ engineers.
• Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and manage remote teams.
• Strong grasp of CI/CD workflows, especially with Vercel.
