Front Office Manager - Saudi National

What you will be doing:

- Ensures that guests' have a smooth running stay at the hotel, Develops close relationships with guests throughout their stay to gain their loyalty,
- Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration,
- Recruits, Manages, Trains and motivates front office teams in order to provide high quality services for guests as per brand standards & desired image.
- Maintain collaboration and communication with all departments
- Enforces all cash handling, check cashing, and credit policies.
- Maximize Hotel revenue by inducing upselling and reviewing house status daily. Analyze rate variance, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count.
- Ensure company's policies and security requirements are met and maintain vigilance regarding possible fraud, theft and potential security risks.
- Ensures the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets, budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits

Requirements

Work Experience and skills include:

To be successful in this role you need to have:

- Saudi Nationality only with Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Front office systems and program e.g. Opera, Tars, etc and respective best practices.
- Required English Language with Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong team player and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Essential to be flexible with working hours.
- Mastery of the IT environment.
