TAWANTECH is looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer / front-end developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms. You will leverage your design skills and front-end development knowledge to create visually stunning interfaces while maintaining optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications using a combination of UI/UX principles and front-end technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to implement user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design intentions.
• Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks to build responsive and interactive web applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually enhance the user experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React or Vue.js experience is a plus).
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Good understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
