6 Month FTC Recruiting Specialist KSA
The Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Contract Recruiter to join the team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to support hiring needs, focusing on sourcing top talent, managing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

The client is a leading global marketer and supplier offering an extremely exciting opportunity to join the multinational business on a 6 month contract with a strong view to turn into a permanent position.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure timely fulfilment of hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflows.
• Stay updated on market trends to provide insights and recommendations for competitive hiring strategies.
• Work within agreed timelines to fill roles, ensuring quality hires.
• Manage a regional recruitment scope

Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency), preferably in a contract or temporary capacity.
* Demonstrated success in a recruitment role
* Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools.
* Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
