Overview

Saudi Aramco Advanced Innovation Center (LAB7) under the National Champions Admin area is established with the aim of instilling and fostering a culture of innovation in the Kingdom through availing quality services and infrastructure to accelerate ideas development to reach the commercialization stage. LAB7 will support a new generation of innovator to develop groundbreaking ideas from conception to completion and facilitating the launch of technical-based startups.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team working on fuel cell powered vehicles.
- Design, develop, construct, modify, and test fuel cells or other electrochemical systems that convert fuel into electricity.
- Fabricate prototypes of fuel cell components, assemblies, stacks, or systems.
- Develop or evaluate systems or methods of hydrogen storage for fuel cell applications.
- Evaluate the power output, system cost, or environmental impact of new hydrogen or non-hydrogen fuel cell system designs.
- Develop optimized detailed designs, engineering drawings, software modeling and prototypes for developing products in accordance with international standards
- Conduct research and development activity (including prototype design assistance) for prospective projects
- Provide day-to-day technical directions and problem resolution related to development or production of fuel cell systems.
- Assess feasibility of incubating projects within LAB7 from a technical/business perspectives and oversee the development phases of incubated projects
- Track, monitor and report program performance & KPIs, and maintain well-structured and historical data repository
- Data consolidation, analysis, representation and drawing of observations and patterns to support decision making
- Establish communication with external entities for collaboration projects, and identify focus areas and technical subjects
- Prepare and present frequent reports/presentation to executive management

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field
- Over +6 years of proven track record of in fuel cell product development projects
- A Thorough understanding of physics, chemistry, mathematics, computers, and design as related to fuel cell development.
- Proficiency in computed aided systems design and simulation software
- Excellent command in programming languages i.e. C++, python, java, etc.
- Hands-on experience in product development machineries and processes i.e. CNC, 3D printing, welding, molding, casting, microcontrollers and sensors
- Excellent problem-problem solving, project management, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in English (Writing and speaking)
- Excellent computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for data consolidation, analysis, representation
