Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To follow up all steps of a start-up company establishment facilities including managing relations with local partners (Law Firms, Design Firms, Accountant Partners) governmental authorities.
- To act as the point of contact of for projects and other organizational, governmental initiatives within Saudi Arabia.
- To manage the leadership throughout the company by assisting employees and department/team heads develop short-term and long-term plans.
- To set and analyse existing goals and the company’s progress in reaching these goals which are assigned by Head Office.
- To administrate cross functional experiences and coordinate/follow up admin and financial tasks in related sectors.
- To coordinate and manage agreements with third parties on behalf of the client.
- To provide required documents, act as a legal profession of the company in accordance with the regulations of the Country.
- To focus on cost-effective strategies and act accordingly.
- Other duties which will be assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements

- Experience of managing communication with government and institutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, International Trade.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior management.
- Problem solver and initiative driven.
- Past experience on start-up company establishment is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
