Our client is a leading Engineering and Construction Contractor who has executed projects throughout the Middle East for over 40 years. Our client is continuing to win large EPC projects within a diverse range of industries including Oil & Gas and various Industrial markets.

Our client is seeking a General Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia and manage the Saudi business with the aim to increase divisional GP, reduce overhead costs and deliver multiple projects on time and within budgets. You will manage multiple Directors in achieving project progress from the bidding/tender stage throughout the project life cycle to pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover to the clients.

Requirements

* Degree qualified in Engineering with MBA desirable
* 25+ years' construction experience for Oil & Gas, Civil, Power, Industrial Plant construction
* 8+ years' experience in a Senior General Management position with full P/L responsibility
* Experienced in Mega Projects of value more than $1Bn
* Middle East experience is essential
* Strong project, planning, change and time management skills related to engineering, construction, contracts and commercial for high-value, high-complexity projects
* You must be results oriented individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and time lines
* You must be a strong leader who is motivated and business minded with the focus of achieving the business goals and objectives
* Experience working
* Fluent in Arabic speaking, reading and writing
