General Manager – Dammam, KSA – Manufacturing Company

This is an excellent opportunity to join an Established Saudi based Rubber and Polymer Manufacturing Company. The role will be Dammam, KSA based, overseeing daily operations for company, managing budgets, and supervising staff. This senior role ensures the company’s financial growth and stability while focusing on profitability.
The General Manager is responsible for sales and building a high-performance sales team. The General Manager must understand the market, manage sales personnel, analyze financial data, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent technical/commercial experience. 4 year technical degree preferred or possible an experienced candidate with a business degree.
- 15 years in management roles with 5+ years in senior management positions
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry practices and must have a solid network and reputation within Industry
- Knowledge of basic office software, IT, and ERP systems
- A proven track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams
- GCC experience is an advantage

Salary:
SAR 50,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
