General Manager (Bakery)

General Manager needed for Bakery (Gluten Free) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Location – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary – 30K SAR/month + 10% company net profit

Key responsibilities:
• Develop a business strategy
• Develop a comprehensive business plan and report its progress
• Develop high standards of marketing activities practice
• Develop policies and procedures and track its enforcement
• Enforce compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal operations and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively
• Lead the team by preserving, attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures
• Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and excel practice to the highest standards
• Professional periodic reporting to Holding Entity.

• Familiarity with the gluten-free industry
