The role is responsible to oversee the company's Transportation, Logistics, and Cargo operations, driving and executing strategic business plans aimed at expansion.

- Develop and implement a business strategy to support expansion and growth.
- Oversee logistics activities, set performance goals, maintain fleet efficiency, and ensure quality in equipment/supply deliveries and clearance procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to align with market standards, fostering a skilled team to support the company's objectives.
- Build relationships with key customers and suppliers, coordinate closely with managers, and provide periodic performance reports to the CEO

Job Offer
