General Manager - F&B - KSA
Our client is an international coffeehouse-style café chain. They are looking to recruit a General Manager to establish and run the brand across KSA.

Our client is an international coffeehouse-style café chain. They are planning to roll-out 50 new outlets in KSA within 5 years.
Description
* Strategic development of the brand within Saudi Arabia
* Lead the expansion and the openings of the new outlets
* Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
* Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
* Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
* Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
* Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
* Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
* Comply with all health and safety regulations
* Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Requirements
* Proven F&B management experience with in-depth knowledge of the KSA market
* Ability to drive brand awareness in the market
* Experience with business development and large scale expansion plans
* Creative problem solver, speed of execution, innovative candidate
* Communication and leadership skills
* Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
* Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
* Arabic speaker a must
