Job description / Role

Responsible for overseeing the Project Management department for a Holding company in Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for managing the projects portfolio for the group, which includes the construction of residential villas and high rise tower projects. Responsible for setting up project strategy goals, complying with company strategy, execution and governance.

Requirements

- Must be from a construction project management background with a degree in Civil Engineering
- English and Arabic speaking
- Experience in residential high rise building and villa projects
- Good knowledge and practical experience in project planning, scheduling and management
