Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a large Company based in the Saudi Arabia
In this role you would be responsible for the overall running of the company’s business division profitably, while driving sales and operations. Being responsible for the end to end service operations and revenue generation of the business .The GM will be focused on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service. Being responsible for over all operations, profitability, performance and the success through P&L management. Drive revenue by effectively and consistently maximizing all service revenue. The role involves strategic and highly analytical decision to develop a business plan, budgets and maximize sales and profits.
Requirements
To be successful you would ideally possess at least 12 + years of senior management with experience within the equipment, Commercial Vehicles industries or similar industries. You would be holding an extensive network within the GCC
The ideal candidate would have a very strong sales experience at a senior level with in depth technical knowledge of the products. Leadership skills with an ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance
Experienced in previous P&L responsibility is highly desirable
