Developing the commercial & marketing strategy and leading its execution across Emerging Markets with the objective to grow sales revenue and market share by growing & developing of Marketing, Sales, Advanced Applications and Clinical Education talents and outcomes for Cardiology & IGT. Supporting future product planning by identifying market trends, relevant buying centers and personas & customer needs to address the full-franchise portfolio, support win/loss and other operations reviews/programs.

Essential Responsibilities
- Direct line management of Modality Marketing, Clinical education/leaders and Sales teams
- Assess portfolio competitiveness within Emerging Markets, current and future anticipated state, evaluate 3rd party opportunities for collaboration.
- Adapting global marketing assets (including sales tools) to ensure that the Emerging Markets commercial organization has the right tools to position and sell product configurations / portfolio effectively.
- Own and deliver on or above the annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct quarterly trainings/meetings across all modality specific team members
- Create and leverage IB related programs including support for Digital Excellence in Software outcomes for Clinical and Operational efficiency
- Support and build world-class sales team through ensuring basic to advance sales skill are realized and managed team effectively.
- Track and update key digital tools to ensure win/loss and customer tracking is optimized and realized
- Provide insights from Emerging Markets customer needs in clinical, usability and patient categories to the HQ team in a succinct, fact-based methods through the utilization of full team
- Develop and execute the Emerging Markets marketing and commercial plan
- Develop and support product-specific KOL's and advisory boards
- Develop Emerging Markets thought leadership and advertising and promotion strategy in support of demand creation and funnel acceleration activities.
- Create and drive Emerging Markets segmentation strategy. Develop and manage processes and programs to increase customer awareness, preference and purchase intent (e.g., lead generation campaigns)
- Provide key inputs into Growth Playbook and SII planning, including market sizing, and forecasting and investment requirements.
- Own Emerging Markets trade shows, show sites and sponsorships
- Ensure sales teams (direct and indirect) are appropriately skilled to world class status
- Identify and establish reference and show sites including support on outcomes tracking.
- Actively solicit and share competitive intelligence.
- Close collaboration with Service team to enable franchise specific solutions can be realized within Emerging Markets
- Collaborate with Medical Director to ensure appropriately driven programs around education and knowledge sharing is built to enhance team value to customer
- Act as a role model for collaboration mindset across functions and the Emerging Markets LCT teams

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of sales
- Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development and execution
- Deep knowledge of products, clinical and services of the modality
- Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
- Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills
- Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
