Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To lead the Procurement team and manage all purchasing and contracting activities for the company including procurement activities related to projects. The Procurement GM has the responsibility for ensuring the code of ethics following policy, procedures, and applicable local regulations. He also shall demonstrate strong leadership and managerial competencies, including integrity, accountability, communication skills and commitment to teamwork and excellence in responsibilities such as selecting, mentoring, coaching, supervising, motivating, and training all procurement staff.

Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum 15 years Offshore Rig building industry only

Education:
- Preferably Master’s Degree in Business or supply chain management, or Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business from an accredited university or college

Professional Qualifications:
- One of the below certificates is preferable:
* Have professional supply chain certification such as MCIPS or CPSM
* Preferably have project management qualification such as PPM
