Description
* Total of 5 years of experience in Corporate Law (GCC) with experience in dealing with Governance and Compliance issues in Saudi Arabia (for legal background)
* Total of 5 years of experience with minimum 4 years Senior Managerial / Executive experience in topics related to Governance and Compliance in Saudi Arabia (for non-legal background)
* Demonstrated understanding and competency in application of Saudi Arabia Corporate Governance Regulations as issued by CMA and MoCi

Requirements
LLB or equivalent Law Degree (for incumbents with legal background)
* Master of Business Administration (alternative for non-legal background)
* Bachelor: at least 10 years of total experience
* Master: at least 8 years of total experience
* Any certificate / courses related to Corporate Governance and Compliance, e.g.:
* Governance: Certificate in Corporate Governance (ICSA), International Corporate Governance Certificate, or equivalent
* Compliance: achieving ICA qualification level or equivalent
* Internal audit: CIA, CISA or equivalent
* Total of 5 years of experience in Corporate Law (GCC) with experience in dealing with Governance and Compliance issues in Saudi Arabia (for legal background)
* Total of 5 years of experience with minimum 4 years Senior Managerial / Executive experience in topics related to Governance and Compliance in Saudi Arabia (for non-legal background)
* Demonstrated understanding and competency in application of Saudi Arabia Corporate Governance Regulations as issued by CMA and MoCi
* Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, including experience in writing and understanding legal texts. Additional languages will be desirable
