Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Supervising the daily work of the administration (individually and through the employees).
- Provide effective strategic leadership and professional guidance, and carry out all relevant legal and administrative responsibilities in relation to corporate governance and the shareholders' association.
- Ensure that all the activities of the company, the Board of Directors and the committees emanating from the Board of Directors are applied to the principles of corporate governance and related regulations.
- Effective management of governance, defining managerial and individual objectives, performance management, development and motivation of employees in order to maximize subordinated and managerial performance and ensure the achievement of effective functional goals.

Requirements

- At least ten years experience in the field of governance, especially in the departments of governance.
- Bachelor of Law / any other specialization with experience in the field of governance.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
