Overview

A leading medical device company is actively recruiting a government affairs advisor for their Riyadh office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate government affairs strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Advise key stakeholders on local policies, regulatory developments, and potential impact on business operations.
• Act as a primary point of contact with government authorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, policymakers, and industry associations.
• Craft policies and guidelines for the company to ensure compliance and facilitate market growth.
• Provide strategic insights on the healthcare market, supporting business growth, market access, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on government-related matters and opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Open to candidates based in the UAE who are willing to relocate to KSA and have prior KSA experience.
• Minimum 10 years of government affairs experience within the medical devices/healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of KSA healthcare policies, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in policy development and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
