Job description / Role

Employment: Temporary

We require a part time RG worker that will from time to time do GR work for us in the Yanbu Area. Our company is based in Jubail and you would be expected to work independently to do all our GR work for us in Yanbu. You would be required:

- Receive our information by email.
- Keep key data on IGS staff ready on your PC
- Register yourself as a GR for IGS with chamber of commerce
- Full out all the forms to be submitted to the plant where we need to work
- Make sure all our permits and applications are available when we arrive to work
- Make hotel and other bookings when team come to Yanbu
- Advise the team on suppliers of materials in the Yanbu area.
- Report to the team leader on the progress you have made with registration of IGS team members at affiliates

Requirements

- Must have experience to do GR work with Sabic in the Yanbu area.
- Must live in Yanbu.
- Have own car to travel to affiliates, chamber and other places as required.
- Able to work with Affiliate staff and represent IGS at GR offices
- Must have internet access and own PC to communicate with IGS in Jubail.
- Mus have own phone to receive calls from IGS Jubail.
