Graphic Designer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with video Animation Experience to join our dynamic team at an esteemed engineering consultancy located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate our engineering solutions and brand identity. You will collaborate with various teams to produce innovative designs for both digital and print media, ensuring that all materials align with our company’s objectives and branding guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision, Video Animation experience, excellent technical skills, and a passion for design that captures the essence of our engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design engaging graphics for a variety of media, including presentations, brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and engineering teams to understand project requirements and effectively translate them into visual concepts.
- Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategies.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing design concepts and justifying design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and technology to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Conduct research and gather feedback to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our engineering solutions and expertise.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably within the engineering consultancy firms or technical industries.
- Proficiency in Video Animation
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to receive constructive criticism and adapt designs based on feedback.
