Job purpose

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer who can bridge the gap between architectural visualization and brand communication. This role involves designing compelling visual content that enhances architectural presentations, project branding, and corporate identity across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, technical proficiency in design tools, and the ability to translate architectural concepts into visually impactful graphics that tell a cohesive story.

Key responsibilities/deliverables

• Develop high-quality visual presentations, including render boards, project proposals, infographics, and architectural storytelling materials.
• Support architects and designers in producing layout compositions, concept boards, and competition submissions.
• Enhance 3D renders, plans, and elevations through post-production techniques in Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all project-related design materials.
• Create and manage brand identity systems for projects, developments, or company communications (logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines).
• Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, project profiles, digital ads, and social media content.
• Develop brand concepts that align with architectural themes and client vision.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and architectural teams to ensure design consistency across touchpoints.
• Design and prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring color accuracy, scalability, and layout balance.
• Develop engaging visual templates for proposals, reports, and client presentations.
• Manage and update company portfolios, project sheets, and visual libraries.

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a design studio, architecture firm, or creative agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, interior design, or visual communication (or equivalent experience).
• Good communication skills, both in presentation and documentation.
• Excellent reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Good command over English.

Required skills and competencies

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both architectural visualization and brand identity work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with architectural visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, or Rhino) is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and architectural concepts visually.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and visual storytelling ability.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
