Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:

HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. In this role you will act as HRM of record for the entire Grid Solutions population in KSA & Bah. Viewed as a functional Subject Matter Expert.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issue; navigates employees and manager to HR Shared Services when it is the more appropriate resource
- Partner closely with regional HRBP to execute on business priorities. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects.
- Partner with Employee HR Management team, and O&TD professionals to execute business-specific HR strategies
- Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and

- Exercise good judgment and decision-making in the best interest of maintaining amenable labor management relations
- Conduct HR training and support for functional processes like PD, People Review, Salary Planning, New Employee Orientation, leaders touchpoint and New Manager Assimilation
- Presents to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions. Works with cross functional teams.
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
- Communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation.
- Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Leads complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant work experience).
- Minimum 5 years prior professional work experience.
- Required to travel 10% of the time (if applicable)
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills
