Are you passionate about fieldwork and ensuring smooth daily operations? We’re looking for a ground operations team member to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you’ll be out in the field, visiting branches, checking in on captains, and making sure all operational standards are being met. You’ll play a key part in keeping everything running efficiently and ensuring top-quality performance across all locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Store visits: Schedule and conduct daily visits to monitor the performance of stores and collection points associated with captains.
• Captains training: Ensure that newly onboarded captains are effectively trained in accordance with Ninja’s operational standards.
• Captain room audit: Regularly inspect the captain waiting area/workspace to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Captain performance and overall issues: Monitor and improve captain performance with a focus on key operational areas such as on-time delivery, uniform compliance, accurate form submission, and proper issue escalation to ground supervisors. Ensuring captains meet delivery timelines, adhere to dress code standards, and follow reporting protocols is essential for maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
• Ground trips with captains: Record captain performance based on trip completion, track achievement of daily delivery goals, and report issues or areas of improvement in the delivery journey to the responsible party.
• Captains overall issues: Report all captains’ issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred).
• Basic understanding of logistics and ground handling operations.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office or logistics software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in coordinating with drivers/captains and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a logistics or aviation environment.
