Position Title: Group Education Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 51K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An upcoming multi-level school in Riyadh, KSA under a reputable educational institution in UAE.

Job Description:
• Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop multi-brand schools and contribute to the group's overall strategic vision and long-term planning.
• Create and implement academic plans aligned with the group's objectives, ensuring brand integrity across all school brands.
• Hold Principals accountable for meeting KPIs and regularly review school leadership roles to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Lead the development of a rigorous curriculum and provide leadership for effective instructional practices.

Qualifications:
• 55 years old and below
• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience, 5 years of which in a leadership role, preferably in the education sector
• Relevant educational leadership certifications are preferred

Salary:
SAR 51,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
