Group HSE Manager

Job description / Role

Group HSE Manager - Construction/Engineering/Manufacturing

Our client is a Saudi Group specialising in construction, maintenance, manufacturing and specialised engineering services. They require a Group HSE Manager responsible for the development, management and implementation of the company's overall HSE program.

This will include:
- Advising senior management of regulatory standards and contractual requirements related to HSE on ongoing and upcoming projects
- Implementation of new HSE policies & procedures to ensure standards are being met
- Training and motivating staff to create a positive and proactive HSE culture
- Identity and evaluate HSE performance taking action if any hazardous situations arise
- Regular audits to ensure required standards are being adhered to

Requirements

- A degree / diploma in a relevant discipline
- Further HSE qualifications ideally NEBOSH Diploma / CMIOSH
- Extensive experience of implementing and managing HSE within construction/engineering
- Excellent communications skills at all level, able to do high level presentations
- Experience of working in the Middle East ideally KSA
- A leader that can motivate and inspire
