Employment: Full Time

Group Marketing Manager:

Assists in the development of print digital marketing collateral. Prepares layouts drawings plus other graphic products in compliance with established templates & design standards as well as using computer graphics and page-layout software graphic elements photography. Creates original designs setting new standards in some cases. Takes initiative on improving collateral materials departmental processes. Adheres to all corporate identity guidelines when preparing graphic materials. Sees material through final production. Liaises with internal departments as well to execute collateral creation projects.

Hotel Overview:

Our communication department caters four iconic properties within Makkah: Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel with 1542 units and 8 outlets.

Raffles Makkah Palace with 214 elegant suites and 4 outlets

Swissotel Makkah with 1487 rooms & Suites and 1 gigantic restaurant

Swissotel Al Maqam 1450 rooms and suites and 1 restaurant

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Group Director of Communication, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Assist DOC in creating marketing annual plan for each hotel, budgeting
- Responsible for conducted approved plans
- Coordinating with agency
- Manage communication team
Finalize work by helping editing / selecting / making the right designs based on property corporate identity.
- Communicating with hotel department heads about existing and new marketing activities.
- Organizing promotional events such as trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by
- Working with advertising departments or agencies to increase customer acquisition.
- Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels.
- Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints.
- Identifying measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company.
- Training Marketing Assistants to assist with event coordination and sales.
- Duties will include: -Social media planning & management and creating imaginative content primarily for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn - KPI'S:
- Increasing traffic to the company website through a variety of marketing campaigns, including creating and running email campaigns - Maintaining content on our website, writing and adding new content pages and producing insightful, relevant blogs to maintain SEO,
- Support the sales team
- Overseeing advertising, marketing and promotional literature working with various 3rd party contacts

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Excellent IT, writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in writing, face to face and by phone.
- Confident and charismatic - able to build reports quickly. A flexible approach and able to balance different aspects of this role.
- University/College degree in a related discipline required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Advertising agency experience
