Growth Marketing Leader

Growth Marketing Leader will lead the digital marketing squad and will own strategy and execution for the digital tribe including marketing branding & content management, paid media & analytics and unconventional, viral marketing campaigns. Growth Marketing Leader will also be responsible for sales and revenue, and will need a strong commercial understanding of pricing and products and partnership building, delivering successful value propositions, go-to-market planning, overcoming customer experience pain points, analyzing and solving business challenges. will also be responsible for all digital customer care strategy, execution, activities, and processes. Team management is also an essential role of the Growth Marketing Leader.

Requirements

- Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Information Technology or similar skills
- Prior digital marketing and sales experience
- Proven track record of running paid media on Google and Facebook (experience with paid YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter and Instagram a big plus)
- Understanding of KSA digital space and active players
- Hands-on experience with standard methodologies in digital marketing including Search Marketing (both SEO and SEM), Social advertising, Email Marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Critical thinker capable of generating consistently accurate, useful reports as well as an enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insights relevant to marketing program objectives.

- 6-9 years digital marketing, digital campaign management and sales execution experience
