Job description / Role
Objectives: Training children age 5-16 of different levels of gymnastics skills and prepare them for local and international competitions
Main responsibilities:
- Training of all artistic gymnastics levels from beginners to advance and prepare classes time slots
- Preparing kids for participating in international competitions, including search, and registration in the competition
- Following all the safety roles and the gymnastics International regulation
- Participation in the development of the gym and improve our services according to the international standards
- At least one annual participation of our team in one national or international gymnastic competition
- Continuous assessment and evaluation of our children progress
Requirements
English speaking, Experience in training children, experience in preparing children for competitions.Reporting to: general manager
Other interactions: Admin- finance department
Duration: permanent, 2 years contract
Desired start date: Jan 2019
Probation: 3 months
Working Hours: 6 days a week , 8h per day
Travel requirements: occasionally travel inside and outside the country for training or competitions
Commission / Bonus: bonus if wining a competition or international accreditation for our establishment
Gross monthly base salary: 1500-2000 $ depending of qualification and experience
Other Benefits: housing, transportation, health insurance, 40 days holiday / year
