Hard FM Manager - Riyadh, KSA - Big Fish Recruitment

Our client is an establish Facilities Management company and a leading Riyadh based group of companies. They have a rapidly expanding FM business and are currently seeking a Hard FM Manager to join their team FM team in Riyadh. The project is highly prestigious, so candidates should be well presented with good communication skills. Candidates should also have a degree or diploma in an engineering discipline and have experience managing a blue collar work force responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services to buildings or other facilities.

• Degree – Engineering
• Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience - client side, consultancy or top tier service provider
• Have managed subcontractor - Performance management (to KPIs and SLAs)
• Know what statutory compliance is needed in buildings (fire alarm testing, water treatment etc.…)
• A knowledge or understanding of SFG20 best practice
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent client relationship management experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication
