Hard FM Manager (Mechanical)

Job description / Role

- Our client is a JV between a European Multi-National Facilities Management company.
- They have a rapidly expanding FM business and are currently seeking a Hard FM Manager to join their FM team for various projects throughout the Kingdom.
- The projects are highly prestigious, so candidates should be well-presented with good communication skills.
- Candidates should also have a degree or diploma in a mechanical engineering discipline and have experience managing a blue-collar work force responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services to buildings or other facilities.
- Ideally candidates should have experience or be capable of working in a client side, consultancy or managing agent position.

- Degree Mechanical Engineering
- Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience - client side, consultancy or top tier service provider
- Have managed subcontractor - Performance management (to KPIs and SLAs)
- Know what statutory compliance is needed in buildings (fire alarm testing, water treatment etc.…)
- A knowledge or understanding of SFG20 best practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent client relationship management experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication.
